30 sec each exercise (4 exercises) 15 second break in-between exercises. 30-45 sec breaks after each round.
1)Bicycle Crunches [right elbow left knee; left elbow right knee]
2)Leg lifts shin to palms [core tight, back flat on the ground. Use your lower ab strength to pull your legs up and down]
3)Legs up reach for the center [legs straight pointing up, crunch and open legs. Reach as far as you can lifting your upper abs off the floor creating contraction.]
4)Mid ab plank [Core Endurance]
